整機(jī)性能特點(diǎn)：
◆ 整機(jī)墻板采用抗振性能優(yōu)良的鑄鐵材料，厚度達(dá)到60mm，保證了傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，齒輪嚙合準(zhǔn)確；并由高精度加工中心一次制作而成，提高機(jī)器精度。安裝時(shí)采用**水平儀定位找正。
◆ 所有傳動(dòng)軸、輥材質(zhì)均為**鋼，高精度動(dòng)平衡調(diào)整校正，使機(jī)器傳送更平穩(wěn)；所有傳動(dòng)軸、輥表面拋光鍍硬鉻，增加耐用度。
◆ 全部傳動(dòng)齒輪采用**低碳合金鋼（20CrMnTi），齒寬達(dá)到60mm；磨齒加工。
◆ 整機(jī)采用免鍵連接環(huán)，消除連接間隙，適合長(zhǎng)期高速印刷。關(guān)鍵傳動(dòng)部位采用進(jìn)口NSK精密軸承，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。
◆ 齒輪傳動(dòng)采用噴淋式循環(huán)潤(rùn)滑供油系統(tǒng)，雙油泵設(shè)計(jì)，循環(huán)供油，油平面自動(dòng)平衡，無(wú)需定期放油，不會(huì)造成溢油現(xiàn)象。
◆ 整機(jī)各機(jī)組采用電動(dòng)分合，氣動(dòng)鎖緊，分開(kāi)時(shí)自動(dòng)剎車，確保印刷位置不錯(cuò)位。（注：該機(jī)每組配備行走電機(jī)單獨(dú)移動(dòng)）

Function of the machine:
◆ Cast iron of good anti-seismic performance with the thickness of 60mm is used for the wall of the machine to ensure steady
transmission and accurate joint of the gears. It is processed and finished by the high precision machining center at a time,to
increase the accuracy. The accurate level gauge is used to adjust when installing the machine.
◆ Good quality of steel is used for all the transmission shafts and rolls, high precision dynamic balance adjustment to ensure the steady transmission; All the transmission shafts and rolls are polished and plated hard chrome to make sure of the durability.
◆ All the driving gears adopt high quality low carbon alloy steel(20CrMnTi), the teeth are ground and the toothwidth reach 60mm.
◆ Conect collars with no bonds are used for the whole machine to eliminate clearance, fit for high speed printing . And for the key transmitting parts, the imported NSK insert bearings are used to ensure long using life
◆ Spraying circulation is adopted to lubricate the gears, two oil pumps, and circulating oil supply, self-poise of the level of oil. There is no need to let out the oil, and no leaking of oil will happen.
◆ Electric separation and unite of the sections of the machine. Pneumatic lock , auto brake when separate to guarantee no printing dislocation .
◆ The alarm rings continuously when the machine moves to ensure safety of the workers.
